Claims management 

All of our Claim Managers / Contract Managers usually have a base education in either civil or mechanical engineering and several years of work experience as site engineers. Furthermore, they have completed either a special professional degree or in-firm training that enables them to manage claim tasks on site. 

Among others the services offered in claims and contracts management include:

  • interpretation and analyzation of standard contracts or modified alterations  of FIDIC, NEC, etc.

  • identification of critical path

  • initiation of preventative measures

  • handling of all claim related issues

  • production of claim reports

  • identification, analysis & follow-up of measures

  • coordination between relevant departments

  • documentation

  • development of strategies for enforcement/defense of claims
