Commercial Site &    Camp Management 

Commercial site managers and/or camp managers usually have a degree in engineering or business administration. Due to the variety of tasks to be performed, they usually have at least 10 years of experience on construction sites in various roles.

The services offered in the field of commercial site & camp management include, among other thing

​​

  • All administrative tasks and commercial matters on the construction site/camp,

  • arrangement of visa issues and communication with authorities,

  • recruitment of local employees, negotiation of working and contractual modalities,

  • handling of the construction site correspondence,

  • preparation of periodic cost comparisons in relation to the local share of costs and cost analysis,

  • follow up on relevant deadlines,

  • management of the site cash office and camp accounts,

  • arranging catering services or facilities at the camp,

  • general organization of the construction site camp.
