CEMENT
The erection, commissioning and operation of cement plants is one of our core competencies. We provide services for core aggregates, auxiliary systems and for niche applications such as white cement.
MINERALS
While minerals processing shares many systems with applications in cement, AIC provides mining engineers that are solely specialized in VRM, horizontal mills, crushers and conveyors.
AIC is a leading company specializing in technical assistance for raw material processing industries. We operate globally for a diverse range of clients. We have participated in projects in over 40 countries with some of the major players in these industries. Our specialists cover all relevant specializations and come from over 19 countries, so that the preferences of clients and needs of construction sites can be met. All staff is highly educated and trained in their field. They also have the necessary soft skills acquired through numerous world-wide assignments.
PETROCHEMICAL
AIC provides whole solutions for training of operating personnel and welding supervision. Erection and supervision activities are mainly limited to the allocation of senior supervisors.
STEEL
We provide personnel capable of managing the setup of the entire steel fabrication process. For service solutions we are limited to roller presses, ESPs and refractory works.
FILTERS
Clean air through ESPs, hybrids or bag houses are in growing demand due to ever stricter environmental regulation. We provide engineering services for setting up new systems or refitting your present ones so that all regulatory requirements can be meet.
SERVICES
AIC offers full project life cycle services for most fields we are active in. While the majority of the man-hours are borne in technical services, we also provide specialists for non-technical issues. Besides site-supervision, our staff supports clients in offices with design or consulting, sub-contractor manufacturing monitoring or with PLC program review, and modification in our own offices.

Our history goes back to 1980 when we started - then based in the UK - offering innovative services and solutions to improve the performance of raw material processing and manufacturing companies.
Moving to the UAE in 2005 enabled us to be closer to clients' projects and offer a greater flexibility in our services.
Today, AIC Industrial Consultancy has a workforce of roughly 80 highly specialized engineers and non-technical site personnel from more than nineteen countries. We service projects on five continents for world-market leaders in their field. Our cement & mining sector has been a partner company of all major players for the past 30 years - not interrupted by a single day!
