It takes a particular sort of person to work this way. Assignments are often remote, teams are multinational, and the plant decides the schedule. Some engineers find that intolerable. Others would not work any other way.
What we offer

Permanent positions, freelance contracts, sabbatical cover, or assignments limited to a particular region — we can usually put together an arrangement that fits.
Roles we recruit for
- Mechanical and electrical engineers with erection and/or commissioning supervision experience
- Process engineers and CCR operators
- Automation / E&I specialists
- Civil engineers — concrete and steel structure supervision
- Claim managers and quantity surveyors
- Construction planners and schedulers
- Commercial site managers
What we look for
At least five years in a relevant position. A qualification in your discipline. Enough English to run a toolbox talk and write a report that stands up in a claim.
Beyond that: the ability to work in someone else’s organization, in someone else’s country, and still get the job done.
