Erection & commissioning
This is where most of our hours are spent, and where a day lost is most expensive.
What we provide
- Erection supervision — mechanical and electrical, main and auxiliary equipment
- Mechanical & electrical works — supervision of the contractor’s crews
- Auxiliary equipment specialists — the systems that hold up commissioning when nobody planned for them
- Non-technical site duties — documentation, interface coordination, progress reporting
- Start-up supervision — through to performance test and handover
How it works in practice
Our supervisor is on site, in the client’s structure, reporting to the client’s project manager. We are not a subcontractor running our own scope. That distinction matters: it keeps responsibility where the client wants it and keeps our people useful across whatever the day actually requires.
