Process engineering & CCR operation
Two roles that belong together: the engineer who decides how the plant should run, and the operator who runs it.

Process engineering
- Commissioning and ramp-up support
- Heat and mass balance, process troubleshooting
- Fuel and raw mix optimization, including alternative fuels
- Energy consumption and quality consistency
- Performance test preparation and execution
CCR operation
We supply control room operators who take over the desk on a new or restarted line. They run it, and they train the client’s own operators while doing so. On a new plant this shortens ramp-up considerably; on a restart it prevents the trial and error that damages equipment.
Chemical engineering
Where a project needs chemical engineering input — raw mix design, clinker chemistry, alternative fuel evaluation — we staff it from the same pool.
Typical assignments
Ramp-up of a new line · Operator training programmes · Process audits on underperforming plants · Alternative fuel conversion support
