What we collect

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the information you enter: your name, company (if provided), email address and message. We do not collect any other personal data through this website, and we do not use cookies or tracking scripts.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry — for example, a request for personnel, a project question, or a job application. We do not use it for marketing and do not share it with third parties other than the service providers described below.

Who processes it

This website is hosted on Vercel. Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered to us by email via Resend, an email delivery service. Both providers process this data only as far as necessary to host the site and deliver the message, and do not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records, after which they are deleted.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookie-free analytics service that does not create individual visitor profiles and does not require consent under applicable law.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. To do so, contact us at office@aicajman.ae.
