We do not build plants.
We staff them.
Most of our clients can build a cement line. What they cannot always do is put a refractory supervisor in Kazakhstan in eleven days, or find a CCR operator who has run this exact kiln configuration before.
That is the gap AIC fills. We are not an EPC contractor and we do not compete with one. We supply the specialists that owners, contractors and equipment manufacturers need on site — for a commissioning window, a shutdown, a full erection phase, or a permanent position.

CCR operation
Someone has to run the line while your operators learn it
We supply control room operators who take over the desk on a new or restarted line. They run it, and they train the client’s own operators while doing so. On a new plant this shortens ramp-up considerably; on a restart it prevents the trial and error that damages equipment.

The worst conditions on site, on the critical path
Refractory work happens hot, confined, and usually during a shutdown that cannot be extended. Our supervisors are used to working to a fixed window with a crew they did not hire.
