Scope
- Programme development — from contract programme to executable site schedule
- Resource levelling — labour, equipment, access
- Progress measurement — earned value, physical progress verification
- Recovery planning — when the programme has already slipped
- Look-ahead planning — the two to six week horizon where site decisions are made
Interface with claims
Our planners and our claim managers come from the same pool and are used to working together. A programme maintained to a defensible standard is what makes an extension of time claim work later.
