Cement plant erection, commissioning and operation
Cement is where AIC started and where we are strongest. We have supplied personnel to cement projects continuously since 1980 — through the plant-building booms and through the quiet years.
What we cover
Complete lines, from raw material intake to dispatch:
- Crushing and raw material handling — crushers, stackers, reclaimers, conveying
- Raw grinding — vertical roller mills and horizontal mills
- Pyroprocessing — cyclone preheaters, calciners, rotary kilns, clinker coolers
- Cement grinding — ball mills, vertical mills, roller presses, separators
- Dispatch — packing plants, palletizers, bulk loading
- Auxiliary systems — dedusting, compressed air, fuel handling, water systems
Niche applications
White cement lines behave differently from grey: different fuels, different cooling, tighter contamination control, different refractory. We have supervisors with white cement experience — a small pool, and one of the reasons clients come back to us.
How we are engaged

- A full erection team for the mechanical phase
- CCR operators to run the line while the client’s own operators are trained
