PLC commissioning & programming
Control system problems surface at commissioning, which is the worst possible time to find them.
Scope
- Program review — before commissioning, in our office or the client’s
- Programming and modification — including changes required on site
- Commissioning — loop checks, functional testing, sequence verification
- Troubleshooting — on plants where the original programmer is long gone
- Automation / E&I specialists — for the full instrumentation and control scope
Off-site work
Program review does not require anyone on site. We regularly review and correct PLC programs from our own offices before the equipment ships — cheaper than finding the same faults during a commissioning window.
